Whatever language you choose, the meaning is the same:
I am no fan of Obama. And I don’t think it took extraordinary strategery to know you have to take out Bin Laden. But what DOES impress me is having the MARBLES to sit and watch the thing in real time:
I mean, real fucking time!
Look at Hillary Clinton for real time reaction to a man being shot in the head.

Of course we are. No one really REALLY thinks that we’re not.
Some people, like those crazy guys that just moved in down the block, they DO think other parts of the world rank better.
Well, given the peculiarity of the health care market, and the fact that all other industrialized countries have a much less expensive, much more effective, it seems that too much government involvement is not the problem with our current health care system.
The problem is, of course, that it’s just not true.
Now, to be sure, there ARE studies that show the United States coming in some other place than first, but I don’t think the measurement system is really one that can be trusted to measure medical care delivery. Afterall, they’re measuring things not really associated with medical care:

To be sure, some of these are fair measurements. Others, however, not so much. For example, Fair Financing. This metric doesn’t speak to the quality of care, simply the amount of income to purchase it. Others again, fail to measure the qualify of care given. They simply measure distribution of said care. Without a doubt the inclusion of such characteristics may be acceptable from your POLITICAL position, but it in no way measures the quality of care being delivered.
But really, the point I wanna make is this. The world comes here for care. We don’t go there.
In the past five years, would-be parents from as far as Istanbul and Uruguay have turned to healthy, young American mothers to serve as surrogates, according to the Detroit Free Press.
The babies are born U.S. citizens, but surrogacy agency officials say that’s not a primary motivation for the parents, who typically come from European and Latin American countries where surrogacy is illegal or socially unacceptable. The parents have exhausted other options and are willing to pay about $50,000 to $100,000 — part of which goes to the surrogate — to have biological children.
The world, having exhausted all other options, are willing t pay money to come to America to take advantage of our medical delivery services.
So, is the fact that people are willing, and ABLE mind you, to pay $50-$100k for a procedure, impacting the amount of money spent in American health care costs by the way, a good thing or a dirty rotten example of how America just sucks at all things medical care related?
Yeah. That’s what I thought too.

Pastors Terry Jones and Wayne Sapp are loathsome individuals to be sure. It’s one thing to hold a belief, to claim faith and ardently follow your heart and spirit through the religion you choose. But to purposely insult, demean and antagonize another set of beliefs is simply horrible.
Further, it’s inconsistent with the message of most mainline religions. As a Christian I practice patience, tolerance and love of my neighbors. Even my enemies. As such, even if, and I certainly don’t hold this belief, but even if those of another religion were my “enemy” I find consistency in the Lords commandment to “love thy enemy”.
To burn the most Holy Book of Islam is an insult that goes too far.
With that said, I am finding the inconsistency in response appalling.

We’re pushing two weeks now in the US involvement in Libya. I’ve tried to resist from commenting on the situation because I really wanted to make sure my opinion was more my thoughts and feelings rather than a partisan message surrounding Obama.
I’m not going to get into the constitutionality of what took place. I’m convinced that either:
Either way, we’re over there and involved. For better or for worse.

Look, I get it. Some of us are okay with military action in order to protect our interests. Others, not so much.
Some folks would like the US to lead in International affairs. Again, others would rather we took a more passive role and involve ourselves only insomuch as we are part of a larger coalition.
Be that as it may, we are seeing, and will continue to see, how a world reacts with America acting as a partner, not a leader.
As an aside, I am curious. Can anyone describe the substantial difference in Libya breaking one single UN resolution that makes force okay while Iraq breaking multiple UN resolutions did not justify force?
For every decision there is a consequence.
Every action, they say an equal but opposite reaction. Not acting is, in a way, a decision.
I wonder how the Left feels about military assistance now?

Behind rebel lines, Libyan planes bombed Ajdabiyah on Monday, the only sizeable town between Brega and the rebel stronghold of Benghazi. From Ajdabiyah there are roads to Benghazi and to Tobruk to the east, which could allow Gadhafi’s troops to encircle Benghazi.
An indication on how far to the left the US has moved?
France pressed for a no-fly zone “as fast as possible.”
France. France is calling for a stronger military action than we are.
And what happens as we continue to allow this to continue?
There is now a very real possibility that by the time world powers agree on a response to the conflict in Libya, Gadhafi’s forces may already have won.
Look. I’m all for lettin’ the world burn. And I’l all for steppin’ in a helpin’ out. But either way, we’re ALL in or ALL out.

President Mubarak has stepped down. He resigned his position and gave control of the nation to the military.
This toppling of power came after several weeks of peaceful protests. Protests that withstood opposing forces organizing counter protests armed with sticks, rocks and riding horses and camels.
Today is a tribute to freedom loving people all across Egypt. It’s my belief that above all else, they simply want one thing, that one thing that we all want.
Liberty by law!
As the world watches what’s going on in Egypt, we need to keep this in mind.
That we believe all men are free and are governed at their will. A government that restricts that Liberty must be checked, and if not, removed.
If we allow the Liberty of those people living in Egypt too be taken from them because we fear the alternative we will have become Democrats!
Liberty. by law!
