  1. Hey Tar Heel Red, my fellow blogger told me about your blog. I’m moderate and lean to the right. I like your layout. She felt we were very similiar in layouts and themes. I like the way you right. Short and sweet. Good stuff. I’ll be stopping in more often.

  2. Tarheel,

As a conservative, I like the way you write. I’ve added you to my blogroll, could you check out my blog and maybe add mine to your blogroll? We conservatives tick together right? Thanks.

Hi Brady, thanks for stoppin’ by.

Keep up the good fight; we all have to support each other.

  4. I just wanted to amend you on your thoughts of critical thinking that I saw on “Moe’s” blog post. And I would like you to checkout my new blog entry called “Burning of the Koran.” I would love to see your feedback. Thanks in advance. -Angelo

  5. Hi. Just found your site. I am a Brit vet, who in the past served alongside your military at times of varying interest. When I work out how to set up a home page, looking forward to joining in with like-minded people over there.

  6. I met you at the restaurant, the Von Mises guy. Like your stuff, keep it up.

  8. Pino,
Your comment re: America as an ideal vs. a nationality was bang-on in my opinion, and one that I think gets overlooked by those criticizing the right. Yes, there are aspects of that ideal which has caused some hardship in this country, but the bulk of it – I believe – are going to be what ends up truly rescuing it in the end.

Oops – just realized that I said “versus” – was I using violence-inciting rhetoric just then? That could so easily be taken the wrong way. 😉

    • America as an ideal vs. a nationality was bang-on

      Thank you.

one that I think gets overlooked by those criticizing the right.

And to be fair, is abused BY the right. We should be careful that we don’t exclude anyone; just demonstrate that they idea and philosophies aren’t consistent.

  9. Agreed. I do believe the far right is milking the victimhood thing a little too much right now, even though I understand that part of it is only in defense. I think both sides are responsible for the escalation (regardless of the shooting) – let’s not forget that the left were OK with a fake documentary about a sitting President being a’nated, and all those effigies at the anti-war rallies.

But here’s what I really find odd: within minutes it’s basically concluded that the shooter was a right wing wacko, which everyone jumps on the bandwagon to believe (except Fox), then it’s almost just as quickly proven that the shooter wasn’t incited by the right, and yet the left still calls us “sheep”. Not only that, but now the whole “Anti-American” thing again (they’re ignoring the commandments! haha)

  10. here’s what I really find odd: within minutes it’s basically concluded that the shooter was a right wing wacko

Further evidence of this is shown by the relief the Left had when the shooter was not Hispanic.
