Money Can’t Buy Happiness

It may not buy you love either, but it sure makes it easier to drink good beer.  I don’t know exactly what this means, but I think it’s a combination of the ability to earn money and then the measure of the power of that income via the  availability of inexpensive goods that makes that salary more valuable.

  1. At the very least, this chart should show both pre and post tax figures.

    A more useful chart would show the number of years it takes to accumulate enough wealth for a comfortable 30 years of retirement. I am sure that folks in Romania don’t need to squirrel away a million dollars to insure their financial security.
