Scrolling through my news feed I found these two headlines:

And then
Russian Troops Take Over Ukraine’s Crimea Region
From my feed’s perspective, it took Putin 15 hours to regard Obama’s warning as anything but serious.
It would seem that our President did not get anything for scrapping the Eastern European missile defense shield program in 2009. By itself that would not have stopped Mr. Putin from his latest adventure. It sure would not have hurt now would it?
Our naive President is clueless. So are his advisors which is even scarier. Putin is playing chess and our President is playing President.

Indeed. He doesn’t know what he wants the successful outcome to be much less how to get there.
