Like here, where we are discussing the Left’s claim that the conservatives are racists. How wonderfully ironic that the inventor of said Inter-loops is caught up in the story.

I’m assuming your complaint is that CBSNews ignores an active story. But of course, if you search their site for “Gore racism climate”, omitting the word “talk” (which, though relevant, might not fit into a story), and you get 1300 hits.

I just tried substituting Rick Perry for Al Gore, no real good reason-just for fun- at cbsnews.com and I get 6,230 hits for that.
I think that my point was Al Gore referring to skeptics as deniers isn’t a proper comparison and that it makes Al Gore look silly. And that by not reporting it, though you show they do, CBS is “hiding” the story.
However, I’m not sure that I did a good job in making a point and ‘prolly jumped the gun at trying to point blame.

As I was writing this last night I was trying to make the point that CBS wasn’t reporting what everyone think is a crazy stance:
That people who are skeptics are like people who are racist.
However, in the light of day, it would seem to make my case stronger if what I call “mainstream media” would over report that fact, not under report it. Or, on the other hand, if Gore were actually saying something racist and they didn’t report it, however, that’s not the case either.
Have you ever had to say, “Lemme think about what I was trying to say”? Maybe not, but jeepers, I seem to be in that position.
