Making It Real

This kinda changes everything:

RALEIGH, N.C. — Utilities in North and South Carolina have reported trace amounts of radiation from a nuclear reactor in Japan that was damaged by an earthquake and tsunami.

I’m not sayin’ – just sayin’.

  1. C’mon, Pino.

It changes nothing. This is classic media hysteria.

    From the same article:

“Officials with the state Division of Environmental Health said someone would have to breathe air with the elevated levels of radiation reported for 2,000 years to get the same exposure as a single X-ray.”

Coal fly ash is radioactive too, but the media never mentions that.

      I know. I know.

I can internalize that and it makes sense to me; I’m cool.

      But it just sounds……ugh!

  2. Coulter’s article on more radiation actually being better for you was interesting on that point as well. (http://www.anncoulter.com/cgi-local/article.cgi?article=414)

I agree, though, it just sounds….. “ugh!” Sean, you can keep your $500 a piece iodine pills, though – I’m not buying! haha
